You will need:

• 1 Extra Bold Coffee K-Cup Portion Pack – I recommend
  Timothy’s World Coffee, Rainforest Extra Bold Espresso for Keurig Brewers, 50-Count K-Cups
• 4 oz Skim Milk
• 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
• 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
• Whipped Cream
• Milk Frother (such as Keurig Cafe One-Touch Milk Frother)
• Mug

Directions:

1. Brew 6-8 oz of coffee in to a 14 oz mug
2. While the coffee is brewing, prepare the milk in your frother
3. When coffee is ready, add the peppermint extract
4. Add 2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup
5. Gently stir in the hot milk and sugar or sugar substitute to taste
6. Top with whipped cream
