You will need:

• 1 Extra Bold Coffee K-Cup Portion Pack – I recommend Timothy’s World Coffee, Rainforest Extra Bold Espresso for Keurig Brewers, 50-Count K-Cups
• 4 oz Skim Milk
• Milk Frother (such as Keurig Cafe One-Touch Milk Frother)
• Sweetener (optional)
• Mug

Directions:

1. Brew 6-8 oz of coffee in to a 14 oz mug
2. While the coffee is brewing, warm the milk using Milk Frother
3. When coffee is ready, add 40z of hot milk
4. Stir in Sugar or Sugar Substitute to taste

For Cafe Latte with Froth, use an additonal 2.5 oz of skim milk and do the following:

• Use the whisk attachement to froth additional skim milk
• Spoon the froth on to your Cafe Latte
