SingleCup.ca rocks!
One of our followers on Twitter mentioned that her favorite place to shop for K-Cups in Canada is SingleCup.ca. I thought I would throw them a plug since we do have some Canadian readers. I tried singlecup.ca. I got ripped off. I ordered 5 boxes, 33% of the k-cups they shipped me were already expired. Some of the k-cups had actually expired five months before they were sent to me. They are supposed to have a 9 month shelf life, so I ordered 6 months worth of varieties I can’t buy locally. In addition to the expired cups, another 25% of my order expires two months after I got it, so now I have to drink it fast.
I asked for a replacement for the expired k-cups, they said “there is no best before date” then ignored my concerns and followup email. No reputable business sells products past their best used by date. SingleCup.ca sucks!
Ouch sorry to hear that. This post was from a year ago, so a lot can change in that time frame. You can always order through our site. We use the power of Amazon to deliver excellent customer service and fair pricing.

I tried Singlecup.ca and I was so happy. Big variety- fast free shipping – good customer service. UNTIL they made a mistake and sent me the wrong coffee. They ignored my emails and I even sent a letter to the GM or owner. I think it was intercepted by Barb the receptionist. Needless to say, my complaint was ignored. I also noticed that the expiration dates were either passed or coming up quick. Maybe that’s why they can sell it cheaper than other companies. This was a very frustrating experience and I urge your readers to beware of singlecup.ca. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
