K-Cup Review – Gloria Jean’s Cappuccino

I picked these up at Bed Bath & Beyond tonight for the low price of $9.99 for an 18 pack. The packaging is traditional Gloria Jean’s logo, big bold letters. Popped it in my Keurig Platinum B70 and the aroma was almost like a french vanilla. It brews very light and doesn’t have the froth that you’d have with a normal cappuccino. You’d definitely need to add some steamed milk to this to make it resemble a true capp. I brewed this cup on the 4th (10oz) setting and drank it black.

This is a flavorful alternative the typical K-Cups. Definitely tastes more french vanilla than cappuccino, with a slight hint of cinnamon. It really is misleading to call it a true cappuccino, I would call it just cappuccino flavored coffee. I plan on trying it iced as well, I think it’ll taste pretty decent as an iced flavored coffee.

  1. Why is every so focused on price alone? I like to hunt down the chepaest price like the next guy, but I like variety. This site lets you pick one kcup at a time from over 200 different flavors.
